 Tieling Lester Valve Co., Ltd. is one of the largest valve manufacturers in China. Our company is located in Tieling Maoshan Industrial Zone of Liaoning Province in China.
Our company has 20 senior engineers, and 90% of managers have associate degrees. Our company covers an area of 160,000 square meters with construction area of 80,000 square meters. There are 190 sets of equipment. We can manufacture valves of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, low alloy cast iron and copper alloy, as well as steel plate welding valves and pipe fittings. We have resin sand molding production line with annual capacity of 8,000 tons and annual machinery manufacturing capacity of 12 thousand tons.
Our company has won various prizes for scientific advantages and national invention patents as well as practical new patents. Our products include butterfly valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves, regulating valves, air valves, ball valves, plug valves, penstocks and extension joints. The suitable medium includes clear water, sewage water, sea water, oil, air, high temperature furnace gas, steam and all kinds of corrosive liquids. Working temperature is within -40~1250 degrees Centigrade and working pressure is within 0.01~64Mpa. Normal size is DN15-6000mm. The driving mode includes manual, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric-hydraulic. In accordance with the requirements of clients, we can produce EN, ISO, API, ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS and GB valves. Our products are mainly applied in hydropower station, nuclear power station, fire power station, water plant, sewage treatment plant, and gas station.
